Renovation of an existing building at 18th and Classen in Oklahoma City that has been multiple grocery stores.  The building is in a residential area that contains historic as well as new ultra-modern homes.  Complete exterior renovation and update to provide a distinctive fresh and appealing new look.  The design incorporated client colors and front focused elements.  New accessible features were provided to provide customers with easier access to services.  Interior renovation for a new deli, coolers, product displays and checkout.

Aquatic Centers Work

New and renovated public aquatic centers in Oklahoma, Iowa, Kansas and Colorado.  Projects are coordinated with Paddock Enterprises to update, renovate and meet state health requirements and local codes.  The designs help provide accessibility upgrades from parking to pool access.  These facilities strive to meet municipalities’ financial requirements while creating local gathering places.  Some locations also provide services for adjacent parks and recreation areas.

Kickapoo Casino

The architectural design of the Kickapoo Casino in Oklahoma blends modern amenities with cultural elements that honor the heritage of the Kickapoo Tribe. The layout focuses on creating a vibrant and immersive experience for visitors, incorporating spacious gaming areas, entertainment venues, and dining options. Thoughtful use of materials, lighting, and design details reflect the tribe’s traditions while ensuring a comfortable, energy-efficient, and inviting environment for all guests.

Christmas Renderings

Every year we choose a building that is a piece of Oklahoma History.  This building is documented in a pen and ink rendering that is reproduced and given to clients and friends.  It is a way to keep structures remembered before they disappear into history.  Many have seen these and remember a moment of interaction or event that played a part in their own life.  Over thirty of these have been produced so far from all over the state.
