A 14,000+ sqft climate controlled archival facility to house foundation artifacts and items of value. The facility was designed as an addition to flow from the existing building currently occupied by the client with a focus on reverence, education, quality, and peaceful attitudes. Insulated concrete forms create the basis for a structure of subdued quality designed to last. Spaces in the building include a small library, gallery, recording studio, storage, teaching rooms and a large kitchen.

A 65,000+ sqft fixed based operator facility at Will Rogers Airport serving private aviation clients. The facility contains hanger space, a courtesy business center, client lease space, conference center and waiting areas. The interior has a high open and curved two story flowing plan helps pull people from parking to tarmac. Finishes produce a comfortable sense of arrival and departure.

A branch facility in Norman, Oklahoma. Exterior design incorporating materials that the client has used for decades in a new distinctive way. ITM drive-through and electric car charging was incorporated as part of the exterior client services provided. Interior spaces include teller services, ITM, loans offices, safety deposits, and other branch functions. The banking lobby has an open modern inviting atmosphere.

New and renovated public aquatic centers in Oklahoma, Iowa, Kansas and Colorado.  Projects are coordinated with Paddock Enterprises to update, renovate and meet state health requirements and local codes.  The designs help provide accessibility upgrades from parking to pool access.  These facilities strive to meet municipalities’ financial requirements while creating local gathering places.  Some locations also provide services for adjacent parks and recreation areas.

Remodel and 20,000 sf addition to the 63,000 sf Stafford Air & Space Museum in Weatherford, Ok.  The museum honors spaceflight and is named in honor of Lt. General Thomas P. Stafford.  The addition created new space for exhibits as well as office space for staff.
